I am having a wonderful experience with the meds AND the processes as well. Seeing the results I was hoping for!!

I experienced some significant side effects during my first week and reached out to customer service about my concerns, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response. I would say their customer service could use some improvement. That said, I’m happy to report that I’m now in my second week and feeling great, and I’m considering continuing with them for a second month. Trying a new medication can be intimidating, and it was a bit unsettling that support wasn’t available when I was feeling nervous. Other than that, everything has been excellent shipping was super fast, and the approval process was quick as well.

I have been getting my GLP-1 since January and I absolutely am very happy with my decision to work with this company. Not only is their product effective and doing what I need it to do, but the customer service is top tier. The CEO is very responsive and takes time to speak with her customers regarding any question or needs. There may be companies out there that are cheaper but you also get what you pay for. I’m a forever customer because they holistically meet all of my needs! I think the most incredible part of my experience is not the medication the product being effective needed, but it’s the customer service. I truly have nothing bad to say about this company!

Love this service! I just started getting NAD+ and can tell it’s super high quality - I am already noticing a huge difference. Also a seamless process having it arrive straight to my door, all I need to do it pop it in the fridge. Super easy and I’ll be re-ordering for sure.
