DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER!!!!
I contacted Fresh Start at 5:30 pm on a Friday, David Huffman (founding attorney) took my call personally and started working as soon as I explained the situation. That evening he got the ball rolling and by Monday we were off and running... Most emails were returned within two hours or the next business day. I believe we had everything wrapped within 2 months; exactly what David said would happen did. Honestly, I was stunned, you don't receive service like this often! Absolutely, top notch! I can't recommend David and his firm with more confidence! They are absolutely fantastic! Thanks again David, and thank your staff too, they are awesome!

Great service, even from 1000 miles away
I have been haunted by my Felony record for almost 10 years. It affected every aspect of my life, and I just assumed it would always be there. The staff at Fresh Start really catered to my particular needs. Residing in another state, I was unable to be present in CA court, and they were able to appear on my behalf. Their reduction/expungement package really made it simple, and I never felt like I was out of the loop. Best of all it was a total success. I now have ALL of my rights back, and I can finally live life without the burden of a criminal past. Other lawyers wanted at least double what I paid here, and offered no other services besides doing paperwork. David Huffman and his crew saw this through from beginning to end. Now that it's all over, I couldn't be more grateful.

Very Happy!!
I had a misdemeanor DUI that Mr. Huffman helped me get expunged. He was very helpful and I would recommend his services. The price was much better than other attorneys in my area. He is also easy to communicate with, I appreciated that. Thanks for your help!!

Felony reduced to misdemeanor and expunged.
I thought my employment life was over until I stumbled upon David Huffman Fresh Start Law Center. David Huffman and his team got my felony reduced to a misdemeanor, and better yet, expunged at the same time. All of this were done under 3 months. Excellent Firm
David Huffman and his team are top notch. I had a dui expungement and an arrest record sealing case with them and won both. I started the process early this year and David let me know that the it could take a few months but he was with me every step of the way and always kept me informed. He was honest and up front with what the potential outcomes could be. I couldn't have asked for better service or result. I'd like to say I'd use them again but lets hope I don't have to :)

Gets the job done
When I first went to Fresh Start, they did everything to answer questions and explain the process. They know what they are doing and keep you informed. Good resource at a reasonable price
