I ordered gift sets for my best friends back home in North Carolina and they called raving about the packaging and personal note from the company and the tasteful way everything was presented. This just became my "go to" gift for the Christmas season.

I was so impressed with their products! The packaging too!! I happened to just stumble upon the company when looking for a birthday present for my son who is an avid griller and loves to cook. Their products are superior! He was so happy with his gift and it was packaged so well. Even a personalized note was placed inside. I highly recommend this company and plan on ordering items for myself now as well. Support small business! In addition for every box purchase they donate a meal! This is a win-win!

I received one of their standard spice sets as a gift. I really can't stand capsaicin and contacted Freshjax about the spiciness of the items in the set before opening them. I got a quick reply about the hotness levels of the items and an offer to replace the hotter ones with milder ones. I mentioned that I was on a reduced-sodium diet and asked for and received their sodium-free Italian and Garlich Herb blends. I used both with some reduced salt tomato sauce to make a very tasty pasta sauce.
