Do NOT order from this company! Their Celtic design rug…with deep black Celtic knot designs…arrived and was various shades of gray. In addition, it’s not a rug…it’s an over-sized t-shirt…it’s that thin. I sent them photos and I’ve heard nothing back. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

This company is a true rip-off. Do not order from them you will be sorry. They advertised a rug on their website. It was 69.99 plus shipping coming from Singapore. ..total about 100.00. It arrived yesterday. It was nothing but a thin mat. Can't return it because I have to pay my own shipping and there's nothing wrong with it so they won't refund. Such a scam!! Why didn't they say it was a mat? 100$ wasted!!

I didn’t even what to give them 1 star. I had to to be able to write a review. So this is a 0 STAR review. This company is pathetic. I purchased a rug that was pictured on line as bright and colorful. What I received was a floor matt that cost $69.99 folded up in a box. It was crumpled and wrinkled beyond repair. The creases that were formed from it being in a box were not going to come out. I emailed them with pictures and they offered me a 30% refund. Are you freaking serious? What company does that? Who doesn’t back their product? I refused that refund. They then emailed said they would give me 50% refund. I didn’t take it. I would rather share with others what a freaking joke this company is. Save your money and DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING from this company. What you see on website and what you get isn’t what you get at all. No matter how nice it looks it isn’t gonna be what you get. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased what I thought was a rug from Fresh House. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to my purchase. The supposed rug I ordered was like a thin towel. When I treid to contact Fresh House that I was not happy with the purchase, I never got a response. $75.00 wasted.

I wish I looked them up before ordering! Ordered a rug online. It did take some time because it was coming from China. Told them I would like to return it because of the very poor quality, and they said no. Now my credit card company is involved.

The absolute worst company to purchase ANYTHING from. I got something for a mother's Day gift in the beginning of May. I spoke to the UPS people and they informed me that there was never a shipping address on my package. Finally in July, I informed them that I would like my merchandise and if they could please put my address on there and they tried to charge me for shipping and handling again. I told them I wanted a full refund. They never responded to me again. I disputed the payment through my bank account. I will also be contacting PayPal since they take payments through a PayPal account that they have for their company. I also Informed everybody I kno that buy things online on daily basis.

Terrible! Ordered a bedspread and it took weeks to arrive, didn’t look like the picture and even though it was marked king size did not fit the king size bed! They made up a spurious excuse to not refund my money. Be warned! I would certainly never use them again.

Wish I’d read the reviews. Nothing is as stated. Images have been printed onto fabric at very poor resolution. Fabric is not cotton. Haven’t decided if it’s worth the effort to try to ship it back to Singapore.
