I ordered 12 yards of Antoinette Poisson wallpaper through French.US and its owner Julie Newman last month, but have yet to receive anything, including order confirmation. I reached out to the Poisson brand directly who confirmed after a number of negative experiences, they are no longer selling to French.US or Julie Newman. I've asked for a refund multiple times, for whatever reason, Julie has not sent it. I feel hugely misled. I would not trust sending your money to Julie or French.US.

This business appears to be closed, but when you search for certain products on Google, it pops up as one of the only US sources for items. The website still functions, but the business does not ship orders or respond to inquiries. I've had to dispute charges twice with my credit card company over orders that never arrived. This website needs to be taken down.
