Fantastic customer service! Freight Pros is incredibly responsive and handles timely matters very well. They also do a great job of invoicing the way our Accounts Payable department prefers. Overall, very good experience and would recommend!

Phenomenal service from beginning to end. Our shipment was not an easy one.The shipment had to be rescheduled,twice, but everything went like clockwork, and the most important thing is that our shipment arrived in perfect condition, even though it was transferred several times and traversed the country more than 2,400 miles. A third, undocumented skid was added, and that was delivered, too, at no extra cost.The price, including insurance, turned out to be 20% of the cost that Federal Express quoted me, and that was after their sizable discount. I will recommend Chad and Maranda to anyone I know needing freight service, without reservation. They will be as delighted as I was.

Chad at FreightPros was professional, helpful and FAST! I loved that I did not have to wait for answers to questions I had. He was also very helpful with suggesting carriers. It was great not having to visit site after site and re-enter all of the same info. One form and done. We will use them again for our freight needs
