This was my first freight shipping experience, and because of Eric’s support and guidance, everything exceeded my expectations. As someone who is a novice, he patiently helped me navigate every phase of the process. It was a major advantage to be able to communicate directly with him. Eric treated this transaction as though it was a million dollar deal. I am very grateful to him and I intend to use Freightpros again in the near future.
