Freight Pros went above and beyond to help me get a delayed shipment to a customer on time. The nation wide carrier we selected was not at all helpful but when Freight Pros started asking the questions they got answers in a timely manner. Beyond pleased with the communication and customer service!

Easiest and painless shipping coordination!

I build agricultural equipment on a small scale and ship it to all corners of the country (and some fairly inaccessible locations) in odd-sized crates. Trying to get my own quotes I was looking at lots of $1000+ numbers and spending time on hold with reps who had no interest in my tiny volumes. The Freight Pros team has consistently gotten me quotes in the $400-$600 range nationwide and has booked my shipments on at least five different carriers to find the cheapest option to each location. Eric always sends quotes within a day and is willing to deal with my customers' frequent requests to change delivery locations or request new quotes after months of delay. I once delivered a crate to a freight terminal an hour away only to discover that they had no ground-level forklift to unload my trailer. I called Freight Pros and in ten minutes they had me booked on a different carrier in the same town for the same rate. I never expected to find this level of personalized customer service in the freight world. I would recommend them to anyone.
