FreightProsReviews of freightpros.com

I needed to move 249 mostly heavy boxes of hardcover books from Sioux Falls, SD, to Rapid City, SD, in the middle of the winter. Janeth worked her magic, and the job was done. If everyone with whom I have worked would have been as efficient as Janeth, I would be 35.5 years old and not 71!

We've been using FreightPros for about 6 months now and it has been a very good experience. Their customer service is excellent and their web site is a pleasure to use and very helpful in managing shipments. They have helped streamline our shipping operations and have saved us money at the same time. I definitely recommend them for your shipping needs.

David Gilchrist was exceptional with having plenty of knowledge of the shipping process and always available for any questions with fast response , making the freight process easier and seamless

My company has switched to Freight Pros within the last 14 months. The customer service is worth every penny. Busy professionals do not have time to deal with shipping problems. Even during the holidays I received exceptional help. I hope to always recommend them.

Very good price and I want to said say many thank to Eric Zapata , he is very helpful and his service to me was astounding, I am deaf and he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with my object and he took good care of me and my truck. The company is very lucky to have someone like him

Excellent customer service! Gareth Fancher was knowledgeable in every aspect of the process from getting a quote to getting the shipment scheduled. If ever needed again I will be calling back for their excellent services.
