Did three shipments with them, I had a problem with 2 of them. They charged me more money on both for reclassification. I've been shipping the same products for 10 years and never had a reclassification. I dealt with Neil, a real pain in the !$$..

Paul, We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience with your shipments and that the carrier inspection resulted in a reclass. The NMFC number that was provided does not correlate with the class and product that was entered by you into our system and shipped. NMFC codes do get changed and updated from time to time by the National Motor Freight Traffic Association and the class you previously shipped under may no longer exist. The carrier inspected the freight at a higher class than what you entered into our system for the shipment. We did notify you of the change and offered to dispute with the carrier on your behalf before any charges were applied. To do so, we require original manufacturer spec sheets and a packing list for the shipment to enter a dispute with the carrier in the instance that their inspection department made a mistake. You refused to send us any documentation to dispute this on your behalf and as a result we were unable to assist you. Unfortunately, inspections and reclasses can be a part of the LTL freight industry regardless of the carrier used but we are here on our customer’s side when things go wrong like in this situation, but we have to be able to work together to provide a resolution. If there is anything further we can do in our power to help you resolve this issue, we are more than willing to help out.
