It is great to be able to choose carriers from a list and see rates and transit times all displayed for comparison. The website is very user-friendly and the customer service reps are great. If I let them know a shipment is time sensitive, they follow it for me and send me daily updates on the progress. I have never received the service I get from them with any other company I have used. We love them!

I get called every other day by other logistic companies wanting our business but why in the world would I use anyone other than FreightPros (aka Meridian Logistics). They have always been the cheapest when it comes to freight cost. And they always respond quickly and in a timely matter when I have to get something shipped asap! We used to shop around for prices every time I needed to ship something but really there is no point in doing that when there prices are consistent and always the best. Using Meridian for my shipments, saves me a lot of time. I don't have sign on to multiple web sites or schedule pick ups from different carriers. Just sign on, schedule the shipment and wait for someone to pick it up. It's quick and easy, and I appreciate that.
