This was my first time using a freight company and I was hesitant to book online. I used Freight Pros because I could get an accurate quote right away online and they actually answered the phone when I called and answered my questions with a smile! Will definitely use them again.

I live in Texas and had to fly to California when my father passed away. He left me a large gun safe. Needless to say, I had to either sell it in the 4 days that I had or ship it home. Shipping it was far easier to arrange than I expected. The only issues were that I needed to fill out information online and I had no access to the internet, but my wife back home did that part. The second issue was when the truck arrived to pick up the safe, they said they couldn't take it unless it was "packaged", which I had not been previously informed, but the driver patiently waited while we wrapped blankets and and they secured it with shrink wrap and they were on their way. The safe arrived in perfect shape in good time and was placed exactly as asked. Overall, great job.

They quoted me a very competitive price, arranged for the shipment pick-up by a recognized and nationally-known carrier who arrived on time as scheduled, and delivered the load intact and on-time to its destination. Evan made the transaction seamless and the driver brought the Bill of Lading with him, and was very conscientious about handling the crate, which contains very expensive new technology for a trade-show debut. Based on this first exposure to FreightPros, I can't imagine why I wouldn't continue to use them to book my future shipments.

Thanks so much for helping us send the shipment to Canada. The shipment arrived on time and without any hassles. We appreciated the personal attention from Jonathan. He talked me through the paperwork, then closely followed the shipment from pickup to delivery. We talked several times on the phone about sudden changes to contact numbers, etc. Thanks again.

Lucas Turner was recommended to me by my cousin, Tracy Seidman. Every positive she had for him was accurate. Lucas helped me visualize the crating I'd need, worked out a more reasonable pricing for the work, sent me the BOL promptly with instructions about how it needed to be presented, and arranged the pickup in a very rural location and delivery to my urban neighborhood without mishap. My antique piece arrived in fine shape. Thanks!
