I do not recall even using this company to ship anything at all but somehow i get 275 removed from my bank account when if i shipped anything, it would have been 6 months prior to recieving this extra charge. I tried contacting several times never hear back from them. How can they charge me for shipping i never did through them. Only shipping i hsve done was with fastenal in the past year.

They promised to pick this crate up on Monday, then Tuesday and then Wednesday. When pressed on Thursday for a pick up time they pretend to be mad and cancel the deal. They don’t answer phone calls they don’t answer emails. I missed three days of work messing with this unbelievable lack of service.

Requested a quote before 8:00 am. I was told it would take 5-15 minutes. 3 hours later I was sent an email by Drew with links to packaging companies. I replied back to please send the quote. It has been over 12 hours and all I received was nothing. There are so many options. Tried a new company and was let down

Took two weeks was supposed to be 3 to 5 days. Original quote was $323 two weeks after delivery they charged my card for additional $505 my shipment was not worth $ $828 they need to be more accurate on there quoting I have been in business for 18 years we would not treat our customers like this bad business if you ask me will never use these folks again !!

Hi Don. We're sorry you did not have a positive experience with our company. I looked at your account and found that the information you provided us when we quoted this was inaccurate; The weight was off by over 100 lbs and we were told this was delivering to a business when in fact it was a residence. The increase in weight and residential fees were communicated to you by our team prior to being invoiced. As a broker, we rely on you (our customer) to provide accurate information about shipments up-front, and rates do sometimes change if that information changes. I went with Freight Pros 2 weeks ago. My shipment quote said 3+ days to deliver. I stupidly booked with them. They picked up when scheduled and trucked my goods to Atlanta that same day. I thought good deal, they are moving it. My shipment proceeded to sit in Atlanta day after day for another 7 days. I was told to get it delivered within 7-10 days I had to pay a time critical charge of another $859 dollars. I had already paid $810 dollars to ship it up to Boston from Florida. No one would help me, they just said it was backlogged and they have marked it hot but unless I paid, they would not be able to do anything. They said they lacked drivers. I spent 800 plus dollars for my shipment to be delivered in 10 days. The quote said 3-5 days. I am extremely disappointed. My tracking number is 223903415. I contacted customer service at least 10-15 times and they said they could not do anything unless I paid the extra 800 dollars to make it time critical. Had I done that, I would have paid 1700 dollars to get my shipment there in 10 days.

Hi Angie - We are sorry you had such a bad experience with this carrier. ABF typically has a good on time delivery rate, but it looks like in this case, the terminal was truly backed up. In the LTL shipping world, all transit times are estimates. If we know something is time-critical before we book it, we can add a Guaranteed service to help prevent situations like these. Next time you have a time-critical shipment, please let us know up front so we can make sure your original quote aligns with the service you need. Again, we're really sorry this ended up such a poor experience for you.

I had Freightpros Hired and PAID for a job which required 5 ,48 ft trailers to deliver freight from California to Florida. The day the materials where supposed to be picked up, Ryan @ Freightpros called and said he made a mistake but could do it for an ADDITIONAL 10000.00, after I already paid 17499.00 for the quote he gave me and Fully Paid the week prior...I am very displeased with this Company as I already paid a company to come down and set up the machine that was supposed to be delivered by Freightpros, not to mention I had to send out notice to all my vendors that we would be closed for a week to install machine..

Freight pros/Meridian Logistics fraudulently charged my credit card an additional $678 for services they originally quoted me $878 for and the kicker is that these services were never performed by Estes freight lines, after confirming with Estes that they never even made a claim to freight Pros for the service it appears freight Pros are thieves. After approx. leaving 13 messages for several different employees and not one single returned call I am now in the process of fighting these charges with my credit card company. Next stop is the Attorney General, these people are crooks run fast and run far before you even think of using these fraudsters to ship your freight. If they spent as much time following up on customer complaints as they do writing these lame excuses they probably wouldn't have such a poor online presence. Another lame excuse from one of the many crooks @ Freight Thieves in 3...2...1

Hi Ken, I'm sorry you had a negative experience with FreightPros. We emailed you to notify you of the additional fees on 1/15/20 and you did not reply until 3/17/20, over 2 months later. We always give our customers a chance to dispute additional charges before we charge for them, but this dispute was entered too late to be able to get a successful resolution from the carrier. Many members of our team have talked to you via email and phone about this issue. The "13 messages" you left were with your own bank about the chargeback you filed, not from our company.
