I was impressed with Lucas’ attention to the details and special instructions I mentioned in an initial quote request. I have found in the past that freight intermediaries would often listen to the particulars, but when the driver actually showed up he would know nothing about that. Not so with FreightPros. Lucas took time to type in details instructions for the driver, who in turn was aware and prepared for my unique needs.
