FreightProsReviews of freightpros.com

A simple phone call will take all your shipping worries away. After placing my phone call to FreightPros, & providing the dimensions & weight of my freight, everything else is completely automated & goes off without a hitch! Pricing is much better than trying to find someone on u-ship & is much quicker!

Used freightpros 2 times for an engine to get worked on. They are very easy to work with, Got us the best prices and top truck service. If needed for anything else,we will definitely use them again. Thanks!

I've been working with these guys for almost a year now and I can say with confidence that I would recommend them to any company that does low volume freight shipping like us. Neil Rubenstein is always very friendly and helpful, and they even ate the difference in cost one time when the carrier they booked failed to pick up our load as promised and they had to bring in a more expensive carrier to get it out that day. There are some carriers that they don't have contracts with, so for a few select shipments I have to go with someone else to get the best price, but for the most part I book my shipments with FreightPros.

They were great! Leanne Agee, Account Executive did a super job communitating with me, getting me the best rates and help determining our shipping class etc. I recommend them fully. Jonathan

Awesome company, awesome staff.Love working with one on one, my own resource GUY! Company strives to make all the right arrangements for my freight. Had some small issues, with the trucking companies & Freight Pro jumped right in to assist. Look forward to continue service as our company grows. Thanks!!!

I am so impressed with Freight Pros team that I worked with in July for some key shipments for my growing business. One of the truckloads had problem after problem --Freight Pros helped me resolve the problems (none of them had anything to do with freight) and kept me in the loop through it all. Could not say enough nice things. You can tell what TRUE service is when there is a problem to be solved. Will keep using this great group.

These people did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. No excuses, got the job done ! How refreshing to work with this type of customer service ! Special thanks to Eric and Andy.

We have been working with FreightPros for almost two years and are completely pleased with the service they provide. They provide excellent service with a high degree of quality and very competitive rates compared to the industry. You will not find a weak link in their team. Use them with confidence.
