Overall it was a good experience
Overall it was a good experience. I love the business model of Freemodel. There were several delays in the renovation that pushed our listing date back and put us in a quickly changing and difficult market with several interest rate hikes.

I ask for a professional landscape design diagram and got a grade-school-kid diagram (took a 2 months to get it).

Hi Pun, We sincerely apologize for any frustration caused by your recent experience with our design services. It's disheartening to hear that our efforts fell short of your expectations. We want to clarify that we utilize state-of-the-art design software, specifically Adobe Illustrator, to meticulously craft design plans. We strive to be transparent about our processes from the outset to ensure alignment with our clients' needs. Our commitment is to act in the best interests of our clients and maintain cost-effectiveness. We acknowledge the confusion surrounding your request for a CAD design. We can accommodate this upon your request but keep in mind there is a higher price point. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. If there's an opportunity to discuss your concerns further or if you have any other projects in mind that we can collaborate on, we encourage you to reach out to us at [email protected].

My PM Lara was incredible
My PM Lara was incredible. We worked brilliantly together and she was communicative, great at punting when things arose neither of us expected and collaborative. All important when dealing with a project of our size. Although there are some fine tune items I would do differently, overall I was proud of what we did and very happy with the outcome.
Response from FreemodelDec 12, 2023
Thank you Negar for your feedback. It's great to hear how your collaboration led to a successful project.

A Big Thank You
Megan Silver has done an amazing job on multiple projects with me. She was originally available with very little notice when my clients were in town. We were on the same page as far as recommended upgrades and her design choices were exceptional. She managed all aspects of the remodel including budget, timeline, and client updates flawlessly. I would welcome the opportunity to work with her again and/or recommend her services to others.
Response from FreemodelDec 12, 2023
Thank you Shelley for the feedback and your support as always.
