Melissa was fantastic!

I worked with Megan Silver at freemodel to do an extensive remodel of a 1-bedroom condo. Megan is a delight to work with. Her design sense is impeccable, her project management is reliable and a relief, her contractor is really good. The condo came out gorgeous. Plus, she makes it fun!

Freemodel offers excellent guidance with renovation to help client increase value when selling their home. I highly recommend having them as part of your team!

I cannot say enough good things about Sarah S., the Senior Project Delivery Manager at FreeModel! From the moment she reached out, she went above and beyond to ensure my warranty was honored. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to resolving my issue were truly exceptional. Sarah didn’t just stop at the basics—she took the time to follow up, advocate on my behalf, and make sure every detail was handled perfectly. She made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless and even enjoyable. It’s rare to encounter someone as committed to customer satisfaction as Sarah. Thank you for your outstanding service—I’m so grateful for everything you did!

I had the pleasure of working with Debbie Lewis on the remodel of 327 Wilkes Cir in Santa Cruz CA and I am impressed with her professionalism, creativity and attention to detail. Debbie took time to understand the client's preferences, offered suggestions and delivered results that exceeded our expectations. Her dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction is unparalleled.

It was completed on time. Kristina Shelton was wonderful as the project manager. The cost of the project was as contracted.

Freemodel completed all tasks asked of the property and went under contract rapidly.

Simply the best.
