Joining this program was one of the best decisions I've made in my business life. Phil, Brian, and the whole team are great at this. As they would say, they teach me how to fish and didn't just hand me a fish which was the key to the success I've had. They operate in an ethical way and treat the students and sellers of properties. The way we all wanted to be treated. There was never any issues splitting up the money and they always found a way to find leads. You just have to pull the trigger and start the program.

As a graduate of Phil's program, I am living proof that the folks at Freedom Mentor are the real deal and live by the words of "teach a man to fish". When I first joined the program I was young and hungry, knew I wanted to have the freedom of being my own boss and was obsessed with real estate but was really unsure of how to achieve my goals. Fast forward seven years later and I have surpassed all of the financial and personal development goals I have set for myself. I have a very successful real estate investing business that allows me to spend ample time with my family and friends, giving me the freedom I once desired. It has been a long road to get to this point and I have faced many challenges, but with the help of the coaches and mentors, by the time I graduated the program I was ready for almost any situation I faced in the business. I would not suggest this program to just anybody. You must be driven, dedicated and focused because Phil and his team are not going to build the business or skills for you! If you are willing to put the time in I am sure that you can develop a business that will survive long after you graduate the Freedom Mentor program!

The freedom Mentor program changed my life in amazing ways. I was broke and didn't even have a car, then I bought and sold my first house. Sounds counterintuitive, but it's the truth. Freedom Mentor changed my life and I've seen personally countless others go on to become real estate professionals in their local and greater markets. I started with absolutely no knowledge in the business nor any actual real world experience as I started young but the personal coaching I received helped me take on the competition and beat them! I'll be the first to say this isn't some get rich quick scheme, its for those that really want to change their lives and gain financial freedom. Once I joined it didn't click for me right away personally as it took me a few more months to get my first deal and without my coaches trust me everything that could have went wrong, did! I was so thankful for the coaching I received to get me out of my own way and closed my first deal! Close to 100 or so deals later I am still thankful after graduation. It's interesting reading some of these 1-star reviews. If you understand how this business works, you'll realize that success in real estate investing requires effort, consistency, and following the process. No program can do the work for you. People will spend $250,000 on a college degree they may never use without questioning the investment, yet expect to become a millionaire within six months of joining Freedom Mentor. That's simply not realistic. If you're reading these reviews, you're probably on the fence and wondering whether you'll get burned. I can only speak from my own experience: the program works—but you'll only get out of it what you're willing to put into it. The coaches are outstanding, and Phil is the real deal. They provide the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. Their profit-sharing model also aligns their interests with yours—they don't benefit unless you succeed. I graduated from the program, fulfilled my profit-sharing commitment, and the knowledge I gained has returned many times what the program cost. Looking back, it was one of the best investments I've made. If you decide to join, commit fully. Learn the skills, trust the process, help people solve real estate problems, and stay disciplined when things get tough.
