This is a scam. Note how it is very hard to find information or reviews on this group. I agree with all of the comments. We got scammed and there are many more of us out there who are too afraid or perhaps too embarrassed to speak out. These guys are crooks and they put other crooks in front of you with the perception being that they have carefully vetted these service providers. Dont drink the kool aid. You will regret it.

We paid A LOT of money to Freedom Founders. 120k. They assure you that all the people that are offering to you to invest in are VETTED by their cpas & attorneys….thats why the FBI is investigating at least 2 investments. They are poorly vetted. We had our money taken by every single investor. We should have stayed in the stock market. After speaking to several members that are speakers and investors I realized that not everyone has the same integrity. I’m so disappointed in all of them! They didn’t protect us! Read the contract it only protects them not YOU or your money. Freedom Founders is not a legacy organization that I would be proud of … you all have destroyed so many lives & I’m sick to my stomach about all the people I sent to your spiderweb. Absolutely disgusting! Zero integrity!!!! .

Beware of losing hard earned income to a company trying to sell snake oil. Here are a couple of examples: 1) some of his vetted investment managers (who pay to be in the group) have committed fraud - one being on the FBI’s wanted list, 2) the organization is an illusion - high buy in for a group that touts financial freedom; however, you will be at risk for MAJOR losses, 3) you can find networks in your own and leverage AI to teach you re investing, 4) he self published books and gives them away, which help reach a threshold of book “sales.” This gives him notoriety for being a best seller. Please save yourself the heartache and financial loss. Read all the reviews above.

I’m sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. I enrolled in this program expecting guidance toward obtaining business funding. I followed the steps provided, including setting up a business and completing the recommended actions, which also led to additional out-of-pocket costs. During the program, communication became inconsistent, and I had difficulty getting timely responses. I requested a refund during the program period when the expected outcome was not achieved. The company later acknowledged a refund, but it was not processed through the original payment method. Instead, an alternative refund method was offered while the remaining balance tied to the original transaction stayed active. At this point, the issue remains unresolved. I would recommend fully understanding the structure of the program, including how funding is defined and how refunds are handled, before enrolling.

I wish I had known the full story about Freedom Founders before I invested. As a dentist seeking financial security, their promise of passive income through real estate seemed like the perfect solution. Dr. Phelps' story about leaving his practice to be with his sick daughter, thanks to real estate income, was incredibly persuasive. I invested $120,000 in their program, believing I'd gain access to expert knowledge and carefully vetted investment opportunities. They made it sound foolproof - learn from the best, invest with trusted partners, and achieve financial freedom. The reality was far different. Over the next few years, I lost significant amounts of money in several of the investments from "Trusted advisors". Some deals involved outright fraudsters, including: MJ Jackson, a convicted felon Greg Hughes of Hughes Capital Glen Stromberg, who was selling mobile homes Other investments simply collapsed, taking money with them: Peak Burleson and Peak Housing REIT The Niche Student Housing Tuscan Gardens (a senior living facility) Warner Robbins apartments Highland midtown apartments Parkside Crossing and more... What's particularly troubling is how the group controls information flow. New members are shielded from the truth about these failed deals and the financial losses experienced by members. It's only after you've invested and lost money that you become aware of the full extent of the problems. I'm writing this review to warn others who might be considering this path. Do your own thorough research. Don't let the fear of market volatility or the allure of "insider" knowledge cloud your judgment. I learned the hard way that there are no guarantees in real estate investing, no matter how trustworthy the messenger seems. If I could go back in time, I would tell myself to be more skeptical, to ask more questions, and to diversify my investments instead of putting so much faith in one group's promises. I hope my experience can help others avoid the same costly mistakes.

Joining freedom founders was one of the worst financial mistakes of my life. You are lt to believe that the people who see you investments have been vetted. In fact there was no vetting. Not even a background check despite being told no one steps foot in the room without being vetted. There have been at least 3 ponzi schemes sole to investors. MJ Jackson, one of the freedom founders trusted advisors had a record of FELONY convictions yet he was allowed to promote his investors to Freedom founders members. He sole over 20 million dollars. Other ponzi schemes include Glen Stromberg, who sold mobile homes but never did the renovations and Gregg Hughes. Freedom founders took money from these "trusted advisors" as they were called by D. Phelps to be promoted as truthworthy and battle tested to the group. Members pay 120,000 their first 18 month for access to Dr. Phelps carefully vetted network. Run as fast as you can and dont believe a word tey tell you. They have no google page where people can post reviews and members sige a nondisparagement clause for David Phelps.
