Estimate extremely less than actual cost. Some items were damaged and missing shelves.
On 4/6 I booked with Freedom Express my moving from 44708 to 55921. I later found out that my move was subcontracted to Master Movers. Two of my items were damaged, and I can't seem to get any assistance. I feel I was overcharged. I was told I used more square footage, but who knows? Some of my items were shrink wrapped together which should have saved some square footage. My charge was much higher than the original estimate. I went with Freedom Express out of Florida because it is Veteran owned. Account # is 3865030 with Freedom Express. Account is #194227 with Master Movers out of Indianapolis, Indiana.
