Same experience as others have described. Made an on line delivery order to Morrisons and then got the message offering me £15 cash back which I assumed was because it was my first such order with them. Was surprised they wanted my bank details again but assumed that that was because it was a different Morrisons department. They then tried to take £18.55 from my account. Luckily for me my bank declined the payment as they had identified it as an unusual transaction! Now received an email from Delivery.com welcoming me and telling me that they will be deducting 25 dollars a month unless I cancel within 5 days , which I have now done to their email address. Hopefully this will be the end of the matter but who knows! Sounds like quite a sophisticated money making activity! Beware everyone. Postscript. Now heard back from them that have cancelled my alleged subscription. Advice: email them if you want to cancel.

This company who I have never heard of took £18.83 from my visa account of 4th August as I hadn’t checked my account I missed it but they tried again on 4th September which my bank Co-op flagged it and didn’t allow it, they cancelled my card and are in the process of issuing a new one and because of this they cannot issue me a refund on the 4th August payment, very odd I think and I will be making a complaint to the Bank as they were able to stop the 2nd payment, after talking to customer service I feel they now know about this Freedelivery scam and were ready to catch it. I am really fed up with the internet it is nothing but scams why aren’t they clever enough to stop them when they first show up, they seem pretty clever at a lot of other stuff. They have given me an email to ask for refund, anyone want odds on the outcome. At least with the card cancelled they won’t get anything else out of me. JUST BEWARE EVERYONE.

Scammers took 18 pounds from my account via the ASDA app be careful I’ve unsubcribed now but they are quick to take the money from your account . Something should be done about this !!!!!

You take my money without me knowing. I hope reporting fraud to my bank for an unrecorded collection will teach you something. I don't want any of you to ever dare to collect any payments again from my account. Your company is the biggest scam that has ever existed.

This bunch made an unauthorized charge to my credit card. I had never heard of them until I got the fraudulent charge. It's a scam. Stay away.

Signed up for a free trial they then charged me £18.37! Hard to get a hold of any one and the transaction is now not showing up on my bank account after being pending for 4 days!! Definitely a scam don’t even bother signing up
