The faucet works and so do withdraws. This user opened this ticket this morning: "you lost my membership, you can keep all your fucking tokens, and /or what ever you calll this cheating website,i will be reporting you to FBI and NSA for falsifying your website, please DONT HAVE A NICE FUCKING DAY,I hope you go fuckn broke, cocksucker" We have no clue what they are talking about and they have not provided us with a username either to investigate their problem. The faucet isn't a right. The faucet is a privilege. The faucet also flags people we want to talk to. The flag turns off usually after speaking with FreeBitcoins.com customer service. I'm sure you can imagine how many people we have trying to abuse our website... Stuart, you're welcome to open a support ticket and provide your account name. Edit: I have located your account. Your coins/account are not frozen, your account is not lost, and you can withdrawal whenever you'd like. You've successfully withdrawn free coins from our site multiple times... 20 free Dogecoin and free wownero! You have well over 200 faucet hits with no deposits. You know FreeBitcoins.com works. If you don't have enough Bitcoin to withdrawal... buy an altcoin (Clam?) and then you can withdraw that. You already have enough CLAM right now to withdraw. *This user is a cryptocurrency extortionist that attacks businesses in hopes of being paid to stop.*

Hi Jonifer, Your account name is Jonifer15, not jonifer15. Big difference! :) I should also mention that help requiring sensitive information, such as your user name, realllllly should go through our help portal only for your safety. I've successfully used the faucet to your account and you should see 10 Bitcoin Satoshi's on your deposit page. I hope this helps and I hope you enjoy our website. Thanks for using FreeBitcoins.com!!! Respectfully, Steven Steiner FreeBitcoins.com Secretary

We are a very small company at this point with no financial backing from anyone except for what we can provide ourselves. We also offer 22 different faucets. Sometimes faucets do run dry and a lot of times we rely on user donations in order to fill them. I just checked our faucet and it seems there are plenty of options for coins that are available. Please check: Bitcoin, Clamcoin, Dogecoin, MAZA, and RHOM All five of those faucets are available to be used as I type this. Good luck and please reconsider your 2 star review. *EDIT* Thank you for your star update! I hope you figured out how to use our site. Please open a support ticket if you need more help. */EDIT* Respectfully, Steven Steiner FreeBitcoins.com
