I just started up. The process can be confusing but customer service is fabulous. Quick to respond and willing to do video call as well if you are really stuck. Super excited to start receiving these packages.

Customer service representative Ariane was very polite and helpful since I am not computer savvy she was patient and instructed me correctly what to do. I am very happy with the service and experience I had.
