Very supportive and helpful

As I am not of the generation of savvy computer operators, FreebieFlow assistants have been both helpful and patient with me. I thank them for that. I am pleased with the merchandise I receive. What I cannot use I donate. It is exciting to receive packages almost everyday.

Just signed up for the subscription and had a bit of trouble syncing my Amazon account but I connected with an awesome customer service rep and he helped me out. It may be tricky to set up at first but it's really not hard at all, just have to make sure all of your settings are right in the teen account, which, I was doing it under my main account which is why it wasn't setting up correctly. Now, let's see all those freebies and awesome deals roll in!

Great customer service! When you need help with someone you can contact them and you also if needed speak to a HUMAN. I also like freebie flow because I have gotten so many free and VERY deeply discounted products. You can chose if you want an item or not that they want to send you. Great site. Worth the money.
