Online store is a front. This is a bait and switch!!! This is a scam! DO NOT SHOP WITH FREE GIANT!!!!!

Ordered the Christmas garage door cover, it finally arrived and was not made from the advertised vinyl type material but rather a very soft, thin, flag type material and the over the door clips were not included, instead they sent nail in small picture hooks which make no sense and can't be used. So inferior product that can't be installed. Tried emailing several times and they go in circles saying product was received undamaged so no returns or refunds and suggest if I'm not happy with the product I should give it away as a gift to someone else.

Free-Giant is a scam! Ordered garage decoration on Sept 17, and still have not received it. The email address they provided for customer service is manned by someone who does not speak English and claimed the product was mailed but that they were not provided a tracking number from the shipping company. I got the same response from 2 emails and then no response to subsequent emails. Don't be fooled by the flashy advertising. It is a scam.

7 Weeks since I ordered to Garage cover for Christmas. Still not here, keep getting tracking info, that is clearly fake. "noreply" emails, so you can't even check with them

Scam. 42 days since I ordered. There is nothing coming. They keep telling me to be patient. Will be filing with my credit card company for a refund.

I ordered a Halloween garage door cover. Halloween is tomorrow and it still hasn’t arrived. I have made many attempts to resolve the issue with their customer service dept with no result other than “be patient”. They have provided several different tracking numbers that are all false. I am told that refund requests won’t be considered until after the item is received. Update: my product finally arrived from David (no last name) in CA. It is impossible to return it for a refund. “Shiyel” is oh so sorry blah blah blah canned response over and over.

The product i ordered was finally delivered. However it was nothing even remotely like what was advertised. After several attempts to resolve my issue i decided to abandon it and report the issue to PayPal to try and obtain a refund.
