Do not buy from this company A scam I ordered but never received product. I asked for refund and never replied to me. Just keep getting auto replies

They are SCAMMERS for sure. I ordered one design but received another (totally unsuitable) with small fixing pins (not suitable for our metal door) and no tension hooks as advertised. I contacted the company through their 'chat' numerous times but only get automated robotic responses saying I got what I ordered and telling me how difficult and expensive it will be to exchange or refund. I believed it was coming from the USA but now find that I have to return the item to China for a refund. They are an absolutely TERRIBLE COMPANY !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

THIS IS A BIG SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM Free-Giant.com. They are nothing but scammers. I am so, pissed off and disgusted with this company. I place my order on Oct 23, 2023, and still have not received it. I’ve emailed them several times for a status or update and the following was their response: Oct 31 Hello, your order problem is still unresolved. We apologize for the delay. Please kindly click on the customer service system to consult, and we will give feedback to you ASAP. Alternatively, you can click on 'continue waiting' and customer service will reply to you in this email, thank you for your patience. Thanks,Customer Support Nov 1 Thank you for your reply. The freight forwarder confirms that your order is still in transit. The system has not updated the latest shipping information. We have urged them to update it. If we receive an update on your logistics, we will give you feedback. Sorry for the inconvenience. Nov 13 Your parcel is on its way to you normally. We’ve urged the update of logistics information. Please do not worry and kindly wait for its arrival. Thank you for your kindness and understanding. Nov 19 Thanks for your time. We are so sorry that we can't make sure the delivery time. As shipping depends on location, weather, the customs clearance and so on But we promise you that we will keep contacting with the shipping company and try our best to expedite your parcel. Hope you have a good day. As you can see, their customer service can’t even track or know what the hell is going on. At this point, it’s not looking good that I will receive this order. So frustrated.

Free Giant is a "GIANT RIPOFF!!!! DO NOT order anything from this company. I Placed an prder on the 10th of Oct. 2023 and today is Nov. 19 and I still have not received anything. I've inquired about it several times and I only receive a generic answer from some logistics company that supposedly is in charge of delivery. It's very frustrating. Free-Giant is a horrible horrible company that will take your money in a minute and then disappear. They will no even reapond personally to inquiries but rather have some fake logistics company which I have to ask why is a logistics company involved in the shipping of this transaction. THEY'RE A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM , NOTHING BUT A SCAM! Placed order Nov 2 was to ship 1-2 days, never received email confirmation with tracking number. Numerous emails/attempts to contact company, all you get is a STUPID computer generated message and then they stop answering. They don’t even deserve a 1 star review - absolute garbage company - no customer service whatsoever but sure damn quick to take your money and leave you with no product to show. STAY AWAY DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Ordered October 9, 2023, I ordered the garage posters. The tracking so far as of November 7, 2023, shows it is in Corner Brook, Newfoundland, the shipment is in transit in the country of Canada. So I live in British Columbia, Canada, so I wonder when it will arrive if ever?? I feel I have been scammed. It's November 18, 2023, and no further tracking updates. I did send an email today and it said Thank you for your email. Please click (contact seller) to consult your question. No soluation, does not help me know where my order is!!

All these negative reviews are 100% accurate. I ordered both a Halloween and a Christmas garage door decoration. Both came with no hardware to hang them. Customer service is a joke. They insisted that got what I was supposed to and no refund and no return. Total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Shipping time has been estimated to fit the company and not the customer. I have been waiting over 40 days, following up with the company and the can not update any shipping information. I have no idea if it's on it way or not. I have reached out to try to cancel the order. Save yourself some money and hassle and do not order.
