Zero stars! I ordered the garage door decoration 2 months ago and still haven’t received. This sucks! Hopefully pay pal will refund me the money!

I want to CRY! I would have liked to give NO STARS, but you can't leave a review until you choose at least one. I wish I had seen these reviews before I had placed my order. Like a lot of other reviewers I ordered a Christmas Garage Door decoration on October 30. First of all, the amount that was charged on my credit card was MORE than what my receipt said. The item was supposed to be on "sale" and with free shipping, coming to about $50, but what was charged was $15+ over that. (It's also when I discovered the company was in the UK!) The "banner" just arrived finally after six weeks. Strangely, the return address is in the US and there was just a first name "David" on the label. Why the did it take so long to arrive if it was shipped from within the US?? Even worse, it is nothing like advertised. What I received is a very thin cloth and no installation hardware, other than six cheap plastic prongs as described by other reviews. There are no holes or gromets or any other hardware on the "banner" that would indicate there is a means of attaching it to your garage! This company is obviously a ripoff scam, as I too tried to get customer assistance on their website. The link doesn't even work and no answer when you use the "contact us" link (which just suggests you send an email). I am so grieved...

Ordered in Nov. and still waiting over a month for Christmas garage door banner. When I contacted them thru the email tracking, I was told my item is unresolved and now the tracking shows it is in China but the email I got 5 days ago said it was somewhere in the USA. So which is it?? China or USA??? I am now disputing my cc charges to get my money back. This is a total SCAM!!!!

Like a lot of other reviewers I ordered a Garage Door decoration for Christmas. It just arrived yesterday finally after 5 weeks. However it is nothing like advertised. The ad was for a thick vinyl garage door cover with tension straps and clips to attach to the garage door frame. When I ordered it the website had videos showing installation instructions with these clips and it looked very professional. However what I received is a very thin cloth cover with poor quality printing and no installation hardware - other than 6 cheap plastic clips as described by other reviews. These are totally useless and are the type of clips used to put small picture hooks up on plasterboard walls! This company is obviously a ripoff scam and when I just tried to go to their website to compare what I had delivered with the product on the website I found they don’t even have it listed at all - it’s as if this was never there. Avoid this company at all costs.

When order was placed it said 7-12 days for delivery. It has now been 30 days and no sign of the garage door covering.

Just like others on here, I ordered the Christmas garage door decoration on November 5th and I still have not received it and it’s December 20th. I have contacted them twice and each time I get a response like this ‘Sorry for the inconvenience. Your order has shipped. Please wait patiently.” Or “Your order has been sent out, but logistics company has not updated the latest shipping information.” When asked for a shipping company NAME and TRACKING NUMBER I got no response. This company is a SCAM stay away, don’t order anything.

A big fat ZERO IS MY SCALE # I ordered garage door covers and never received them they were ordered on the 31 of October 2023. Called fraud department and reported.

I ordered the garage door cover October 15 and received it 6 weeks later with no instructions or way to hang it up on the garage door. It came with these 6 hook like things with nails ??? I emailed them and got auto responses to check their website to no avail. I am now out $60 for this useless thing.
