Great idea but poor manufacturing.
Was a gift to us and to be honest at first it was a godsend but it stopped working after three weeks. Just the same as has happened to other people here, it just stopped charging and now only flashes red when you attempt to turn it on. I received a reply from the manufacturer and to respond: Yes, I have tried resetting the device as per provided instructions and nothing happens. The light will not turn on when plugged in, just the red flashing light as mentioned.

Could you please let us know more details about the problem, so that we could better solve the problem with you. Can the light be turned on if it is powered? If it cannot be turned on, would you please press and hold it for 15s to reboot it when it is charging? After reboot, please try to turn it on again.
