ordered a 6.8l v10 took them 4 weeks to ship was tracking the motor it made it to california next thing i see its on its way to alanta GA called company Guy tells me once it leaves are doors its not there responsibilty ??? im on the phone for 2 hours trying to find my motor mean time some other motor arrives at the shop. still no help from anybody both saying its the other companys fault. im so upset one of my calls includes profanity F bombs and other words but never directed to any person but ( I Just want my f ing motor and maybe a refund for the shipping charges can anybody at your company help) next thing i know i get a call from some guy telling me i need medication for talking to his staff like that he said i heard the tape and i said then you heard me apologizing for the profanity but that i was very upset nobody was taking the blame or trying to help other than once it leaves are doors im not responsible. he tells me we dont need your money your getting a refund and ive call the other company to not sell you a motor good luck in trying to buy a motor now really dude your customer service REALLY SUCKS if you would have stepped up and told me he'll find out whats going on with my motor i would have been ok but you push it off really onto me as the customer to deal with the issue when in reality it is your problem cuz i paid for a motor and till it gets to me its your responsibily regaurdless of who you hire to deliver the motor i to will advise all my friends and family across this country to spread the word about how you do business ps the company you buy your motors from only makes one type of motor built to factory specs nothing more nothing less unlike how it states on your web site thats false advertising

Bad business company didn’t pay my claims bill for my engine. The’re not trustworthy company. Please buy somewhere else.

The absolute worst. Only accepts payment by bank draft!! Red flag. At 4pm they have an engine in stock when i try to order they tell me sonny has to call me back. Sonny calls back and says it’s not in stock... call back again and I’m told it’s in stocka.. i said ill place an order, then they stall and keep placing me on hold, then finally hang up. Run away fast!!!

Was threatened with an attorney’s by Sonny after attempts to schedule a core pickup became a nightmare. I was just trying to help someone out and Jennifer was rude, sonny informed me that I was acting like a child for saying the company’s reputation was not so good around this area and I was threatened with an attorney for saying so. Sonny hung up on me after lecturing me on the phone as if he were my father

They were fast about getting money on the engine and had to call after a week to see where it was. was told they had one in stock when I purchased it but when I called to see when it was going to be here it wasn't even built. so she found one out of Texas and it Arrived in 3 days. now after engine installed calling to get a core picked up and core refund the game is on. as a working man can't be baby sitting a telephone all day. I've called several times and same thing. I think the core refund and pick up department needs attention badly. if I had of known it was going to be this difficult in the end I would of just purchased a jasper engine from local parts store. A buddy of mine recommended them and had good luck with them other than they didn't refund all of his core money and he had to call back but it was the taxes they didn't pay back on the core. A little shady but I figured I'd try them and not recommending them for sure. and if you call a department by pressing a certain # and then that person has to have another person contact you back that's a big red flag. and when that a person does call you back or if they ever do. then they have to get with someone else and get back to you. hey Mr. Fraser seems you got to many people on pay role and no one doing nothing. save yourself some money and lower cost for product by firing or reorganize the staff.

Just rating company a 1 because of bad service concerning Paul. I purchased an engine for my sons H3 and after year or so, was told it had a bent rod. So that was replaced after telling Paul we would call BBB for not wanting to pay garage and taking his good ole time. Now garage tells us the engine is only running on 4 cylinders instead of the 5. Garage needs Pauls' approval to continue the work and he wont return calls and it has been 3 weeks. Costing my son rental car expense. What has to be done? Paid extra for 7 yr warranty and they gladly took that money! Now we would like some decent service.

Called today 9/11/2020 again after getting a run-around about two valve-3 valve engine. That they said they couldn't tell from the previous call. Wasted two days and the previous guy said he couldn't tell from my VIN? So talked to this guy John who said he is the owner? After going thru what I want to order a 4.6 engine with gold option, he said he had to add a mandatory $99 fuel charge because of the weight? First I have heard of this in three different calls to explain the charges. So I guess I'm fine and tell him I want to use the $100 coupon and he then tells me that by check or bank transfer. He says its right on the coupon, just not exactly as he said, it says e-check which probably has no charge back protections. So i ask to speak to the Owner, and he says hes the owner and he will pray for me? This deal got bad with all the additional charges and they even charge for the core upfront and make you prove return. Also the $99 fuel charge is just another fee as most trucking companies charge flat rates. The BS to take away protections of after sale for chargeback is unheard of today in this business, so if you do decide to do business here be wary and make sure its all in writing. PS after posting this review on this site and others I got a text from 586-804-7612 that was run by someone at Fraser engines that reveled all of my bio and address. I will file a police report concerning this matter and will document to other sites

I’d like to say I was happy how they make it convenient to order an engine. Delivery was fairly quick and so far happy with engine. It’s a different story getting core refund or even status of the refund. Not only did they immediately quit chatting with me when I requested a core refund status the one person that can answer that question is conveniently out of the office. Completely unprofessional on refund end. They take your money right away but after four weeks of requesting refund status I know nothing. I filled out several “Core return tracking” forms with no response. Been told several times that a Fraser Rep will call me. Finally got ahold of Nicolette. She told me engine has been lost, she said they were going to still refund last Wednesday. 5 days later still haven’t seen a core credit. After several attempts I finally got ahold of Nicolette, now it seems they found the engine but they need all week to check it in. Day 40 and still waiting. FYI, don’t waste your time filling out their core tracking form. I filled it out twice and have never recieved a phone call or email update. It’s simple to get ahold of someone at Fraser when your making a purchase but it’s almost impossible after you’ve made a purchase. All you get is a telemarketing agency that takes your message and passes it on ( you would hope, hard to say if they do since they never call back). It’s nothing like when making a purchase. There on it when they’re after your money but they sure don’t want to cough up that core fee. Day 42 sent text with no response. Day 43 got ahold of Fraser’s call site which never knows anything. They just tell you they’ll pass the message on. So here we are over 6 weeks since I called for core pick up and still don’t know anything.
