Never got a call or a qouted price and when I called they said we sold last one and hung up no conversation or anything it was like I was push away

I was searching for a transmission and I found what I needed I think

Had what I needed. Option I choose I was a little expensive. Website stated no core charge for 30 days with my option but when I called to confirm the order the employee I spoke to stated that I had a core charge. Haven’t received the engine yet so I can’t review it.

Look like good company, but got severals text from different numbers. like it was bot sending random text gettting me to call.

The sales and order number guys hung up on me twice and were pretty short on the call. Not very good customer service. I understand your company is busy, but courtesy is a must! Ordered a motor through my mechanic and the gentleman said he would call him back. No call yet. He talked to a lady and she said they were busy due to the holiday weekend. I would think that trying to place an order would be important to your business. There was only 1 type engine available so I hope it was put on hold for my purchase and not sold.

They are a good company but no one ever called me back. Just texted me. Needed to have a little more of human contact . A phone call would be better

The guy I talked to him he just rambled on so fast about all the motors this and that I was going by what I seen online the price and you didn't drive and it was like $1,100 more couldn't understand it trying to get somebody to call me back so we can figure this thing out

Haven't received my quote yet on 5.4 engine
