They're written quote is confusing and when I called for clarification, representative was not very helpful

Definitely an outsource call directory, the operator didn't know much about my specific needs or very well explain the details of that part and of the basics comparing remanufactured and refurbished engines. I did like that the engines come with gaskets and necessary parts specific to that engine. But the length of time between inquiring and answers had me shop around for better pricing vs make a purchase in confidence.

One associate absolutely insisted that I would be required to fill out the oder forms online even after explaining that it would be difficult for me to get done.and was very dismissal but within minutes another associate called me back and was very professional and helped me place my order he knew his product and was very helpful

Asked for a quote. Got it but when asking some followup questions about the quote. Only a few were answered. (Only the ones that could be answered with infor from the website). The quote listed the incorrect year range for the motor asked about it and have not received an answer for it.

I was never even given the quote for the engine that I requested. It's ok, i found one.

I guess everyone is too busy these days but waiting for 4 weeks for an engine on my broken down truck is a killer for me and my business. Online ordering doesn't work and I had to wait a whole day and call 7 times before I got a call back. The lady was nice and polite thou.

I was looking up prices for my 98 Dodge Ram I had to put make and model in at least 3 times advertising everything under the sun pop ups really annoying the Grace out of me but I kept exing them out finally got to my transmission and I can’t get a price until your system emails it to me, Man I just want to see what I need to spend. But no worries compared to all the others your look up was equal or better than most… all n all a frustrating search not completely no fault of my own. So that’s why I gave a score of 3 I would rather just pull up a site and see prices to compare used vs. rebuilt vs. new a dodge 1500 ram w/ 318 transmissions are known to fail so used in this case really not a smart choice but if the site told of a upgraded transmission and there is one in fact doesn’t cost much at all when u buy the rebuild parts.. That’s an option I’d like to see… Also if dodge has a transmission that is in a larger or just an upgraded truck option now that used transmission would appeal to me as well but This information is not easily found I stumbled across it accidentally. Now the bigger transmission I found out personally I went to remove what was supposed to be the same transmission as my truck has, but when we arrived we soon learned this truck had s 360 not a 318 well I figured I’d get it because I can always sell it NP So I searched YouTube & internet and all said they are not interchangeable . But one guy on YouTube said he did it had a video of it and said it was absolutely possible and here’s what you need to do ….bingo Now I’m very happy with my choice cost me my time and $250 bucks I think if you offered this type of information when and what can easily be interchanged. I think it would be huge for your business. Just my opinion anyway I know that would be a big undertaken and opens u guys for unforeseen trouble. But maybe it would make for more sales you could start it out very slow like the dodge 1500 ram solely for some time to see if it pays off or not That’s a problem transmission and because of them being really high demand for them u could sale folks better for cheaper…. That’s a no brainer and everybody wins
