Don't trust this supplier. Respectles employees! I am.living in Sweden Europa. Make a order after agree all the therms. But could not deliver my order and cancelled. I arange all the freight? Thay couldn't complete the application . Sorry!! They get paid but don't deliver my order, then after many phone call they say they will refound the payment because they cancelled order. They don't responded to refound payment. Many email not resolut. I am still waiting my refound payment. They are trying to scam me. I have emailed them several times but no response. They hang up on me.Dont trust, make a order and make a payment. You never know what you gonna get. Very careful. I am offer from Sweden. They do this to.me . What they will do to USA citizens.

Sold me a "rebuild" that wasn't. Was like they just painted it and sent it out. After having to spend over $2,000.00 additional to have local mechanic replace timing chain and sprockets that were old and worn, took me months to get through their painful warranty process. I'm still waiting for a check and I purchased the engine in February. Unless you're a sadist, id avoid Fraser Engine Rebuilders.

BOUGHT ENGINE FROM FRASER 5.7 ENGINE STARTED TAPPING AFTER 20,000 MILES .GOT HOLD OF WARRANTY DEPT. I GUESS FRASER JUST SELLS ENGINE ,WAS TURN OVER TO MQK AND THEY WANTED TES DONE TEST WERE ABOUT 700.OO .THEY SENT NEW ENGINE READ THE WARRANTY PAPER REAL GOOD BOUGHT THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY PARTS AND LABOR THEY ONLY PAY 50.00 HOUR LABOR AND NO PARTS OR TEST DONE .YOU TRY TO CALL THEM CAN'T GET A HOLD OF THEM,LEAVE MESSAGES THREE TIMES THEN GET MAD.TTHER WARRANTY IS NO GOOD BUT YOU DEALWITH TWO DIFFERENT COMPANYS.THE GARAGE CHARGES WAS 195.00 HOUR

Do yourself a favor and do t buy an engine from them . Both engines they sent bad. One lasted a year. One bad from the start . Low oil pressure. They absolutely DONT pay labor claims even after the warranty releases the money. If a customer wants to come to your shop with a motor from Fraser . Adamantly decline. You’ll thank me ! I promise. Engines garbage. Customer service garbage. Warranty garbage. Associates mad at life. I guess I would be too if my company produced garbage and everyone called complaining . Haha

Complete jerks, horrible attitudes, don't pay out on warranty claims . Motors are garbage. Installed 2 motors both defective from the start. 100% believe they have a huge lack of proffessionalism

These guys are complete jerks. Submitted a request for a quote, and was then told to call in anyway. I called in and was told that the salesman that had my order would call me back after he got off his current call. Hours later no call. Texted the sales team for no response. Called again, and when I asked why no one called he turned into a huge jerk. Stay away unless you like abuse.
