The shipping was fast, but the shirt… The quality is just cheap, itchy, not worth the money at all. A big brand like this selling cheap Gildans. And the print is also bad quality. Not happy at all.

Fabric is of poor quality. Print is not as bright as shown in the pictures. Overpriced for this type of stuff.

Scam company. AVOID. Don't be fooled by their social media. Ordered 2 T shirts. Awful quality. See through and very light, not as advertised. Just a low quality white t shirt with print on the back for the price is ridiculous.

T-shirts of mediocre quality. On several occasions, returns have not been received by FRASED after dispatch. Furthermore, there is no option to receive a refund of the purchase price; the only option available is a store credit. Returns are sent back, whilst the postage costs (at the customer’s expense) are very high because the parcel has to be sent to Poland.

Very bad quality and I paid £47 pounds for a hoodie. Not worth it, they definitely got it from AliExpress

This is honestly the worst store I have ever dealt with. I knew it was probably dropshipping, but I liked the design, so I decided to give it a chance. Big mistake. The shirt arrived in a cheap grey plastic bag, and as soon as I opened it, there was a strong smell of cheap fabric and burnt lettering/printing. When I tried the shirt on, my skin started itching because of the poor quality. The fit was also terrible. I contacted them about returning it within one hour of receiving the shirt. I then had to pay out of my own pocket to ship it back to Poland, which was already frustrating enough. After weeks of hearing nothing, I had to chase them myself. Then they told me the refund had been issued as store credit. I never agreed to store credit. I asked for my money back, not credit for a store where I do not want to buy anything again. I am now still fighting to get my money back months later. Terrible quality, awful return process, and very poor customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this store.

Very disappointing experience with Frased. I contacted support within the valid return period regarding defective items and requested a return/refund. Instead of receiving a clear solution, communication became unnecessarily complicated with slow responses, changing information and no proper confirmation regarding the refund process. At this point I am still waiting for a final response despite multiple polite follow-ups. The products looked good online, but customer service and handling of returns have been extremely unprofessional in my experience. Would personally not order again.
