I couldn't be happier with my experience with Frames By Mail. The ordering process was simple, my custom frame arrived exactly as expected, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Everything was packaged securely, so it arrived in perfect condition. The frame fit my artwork perfectly, and the craftsmanship really made it look professionally finished. Great prices, fast shipping, and excellent quality—I will definitely order from Frames By Mail again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom framing.

I was suprised to see negative reviews on Yelp. My experience with Frames By Mail was very excellent. The software on the website let me design a custom 3 hole matte for my display, and the options on the colors, styles and frame choices were so many it made it hard to choose. The quality and speed of delivery were impressive.

Awful service. Only 2 out of 7 items arrived, and 2 months later! Customer service doesn't answer to e-mails. Only after calling, they just acknowledge that some items are simply not available; others "may be in preparation". Never an explanation, not to say an apology. I placed an order, expecting it in about 10 business days according to the automatic response. But the items arrived after... 2 months.
