Lovely photo generation. I paid over £120 for a large framed print as a gift. First delivery came with a fault in the print. Contacted customer support- offered to send a replacement immediately. Replacement came after 2 weeks - it’s the wrong size (instead of a 90x 60 cm frame it’s much smaller - approx 32 x 41 cm). Have contacted them again for a replacement or refund - still waiting. Suggest you don’t use this company as they are overseas and have no UK customer service contact details other than email.
