My order was not shipped and the tracking was screwed over and i didn’t get any tracking information, other than it saying that it’s been delivered in some random state. For now, i have been scammed of $50 for a present for my mom.

We’re really sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused. We did ship your order, but USPS had an issue that day where some newly generated tracking numbers were duplicates of older tracking numbers. Because of this, the tracking showed incorrect information, including delivery in a different state. When you contacted us, we explained the USPS tracking issue and expected the package to still be delivered correctly. Since you reported that you did not receive it and the tracking could not confirm what happened, we issued you a full refund of $50. We completely understand how disappointing this was, especially since the order was a gift for your mom, and we sincerely apologize for the experience.
