I ordered Bumble & Bumble Semisumo Pomade as a first-time order from this company, and when it arrived, it was yellow, rancid, and the texture was sticky which is not like the product's standard appearance. I sent pictures and asked for a refund or another order and they refused. I wish I could attach the pictures here as you would see the difference in the color and texture of what it should like... Customer service is clearly not priority. Would not recommend ordering from this company!
