This is the worst site, they keep sending emails showing the perfume I was on a waiting list for as being available and "on sale" only to get in to find it is still ON THE WAITING LIST and YOU CANNOT ORDER, BUT CAN GET ON ANOTHER WAITING LIST!

I placed my order on December 7 as a Christmas gift with a delivery window of December 10-21. I contacted fragrance x beginning last week when I saw there was no updated tracking information except the initial information from December 8, showing my package in NY. They said don’t worry it will arrive before Christmas and just give it a day or two. Here I am almost a week later no longer getting replies from them. Feel like I just got scammed out of $90.

Bought perfumes and received email confirming despatch on 15.12.21 however courier has not received said item . Called fragrance x and been told i wont receive them before xmas . Not happy

This is regarding a replacement for the below order Angel Mugler perfume. This experience was even worse… the perfume bottle top was not screwed on resulting in the perfume leaking everywhere during shipment…upon arrival I took this out of the box to inspect it and turned it upside down to see if was leaking and booom angel perfume all over my counter and floor. I scraped it all back up and put it in a ziplock back and took it to my local post office with the original packaging and original boxes and was turned away saying they cannot ship anything liquid without it being in a sealed container… so please Fragrancex advise on what I need to do….. I have taken videos and pictures of the unboxing and my entire experience here… 150$ you would think I could just get a new working perfume from this company.. buyer beware now I’m in the whole while I scramble for a new Christmas gift

Hi there, I have been purchasing from FragranxeX for many years with no issues and been very happy. Excpt for my last order where I was shipped the wrong perfumes (not what I ordered) and was told I had to ship them back for my refund. The cost of return makes it not worth while sending and I don's understand why I should have to pay the returns if they sent the wrong perfume. I have tried contacting the company first they said it was the right perfume but in a "new packaging" but all they keep on saying is refund when goods are returned !!!! Not Happy Client!!! wont be buying from them again nor be recommending !!! Update I have sent several messages to these guys support Centre and they are no help only offering me 15% discount if I keep the wrong items they shipped so no help in the end even if you do complain.. lucky paid with paypal!!! #2 Update!!! Went to post the wrong items back Australia post will not allow you to send imdividuals (you have to be a company which sells perfumes) via the mail !!! Followed up with support nothing happened !! They just keep saying return items for refund !! Still not happy

Ordered dec 4 a Xmas present to Costa Rica, still stuck in Cincinnati, will never make it for Xmas. Very disappointed.

order #48904447 This is a fake website do not waste your money 💰 Order was placed and paid 26/11/2021. I'm supposed to receive it by latest 16 December Today 19 December still no parcel and further more I cant track it. The tracking link is inactive and there’s no tracking history. I emailed customer care several times but nothing much gained’ (Ticket # 1702363-) The status has been the same since the day I purchased the perfumes (shipped) but I’m unable to track it or follow up the progress of parcel. the delivery company do not recognize the tracking number (doesn’t exist) this made me think that the FrangraceX is Scam. This was my first experience shopping and definitely it was a bad one. Do not waste your money and time.
