Worst purchase ever!delivered the perfumes and one was open and bottle almost empty lol!

I bought some Agent Provocateur perfume for my wife as a Christmas present. When my wife opened it it was immediately obvious that it was either not original or was out of date. My wife has been wearing this perfume for many years and it bore no resemblance to Agent Provocateur. We contacted FragranceX who sent us a returns label. We returned the product and after a couple of weeks contacted FragranceX for a progress update. We were informed that we would get a refund when the product had been received and scanned back in New York. We sent several follow up emails over the next couple of months and received similar replies. On the 10th of February, we received an email informing us that, although the item had been received at their UK warehouse, our refund could take a few months to process. We were left with no other option than to open a PayPal dispute which has now been settled in our favour. I will never use FragranceX again as I don't expect to wait months for a refund for a stale product.

I bought blvgari omnia i honestly it does not smell the same or as concentrated as the original one i am really not impressed and this is not the first time that I am buying from you you but really not impressed with the smell as i had several of this before

I placed an order and never received now it’s been 1 month and they still telling me to assure with my courier services. Literally paid $200 for nothing and when I asked for refund I was denied. What a scam.

Don't buy from here. When you encounter an issue, the customer service is nothing. Returned 4 items, just got refunded for 3. Contact customer service and sent email with the video recorded when I packing the return package, as requested by the customer service. This packing video shows clearly I've put and sealed 4 items in this return package. But they still refuse to refund me for the 4th item. Avoid this company. Did contact your customer support, several times, that didn't help, useless!!

Be very careful about ordering from this company Never received an order and were adamant I had been refunded which I never received

I ordered Daisy by Mar Jacobs fragrance and it didn’t last on me no more than 2 hours. I’ve also ordered Sauvage by Christian Dior for my husband for one his gift for Valentines Day and I hope the fragrance stay on him longer than it did on me or I will not order from this site again.

Ordered fragrances the packaged arrived soaked through.. The package was not packed well smashed bottles no padding.. Refused delivery sent photos of the package refused a refund or to send another order out until they receive back to their warehouse.. I'm really sure DPD will post a box of broken glass from the UK back to America.. Con artists.. Save your money and buy elsewhere.. Considering you have offered to help you have only refunded half of my order after sending photos of the refused delivery from the courier. You have not responded to my query as to why I have received half of my money back.. Really not happy
