It came early and not damaged. Was just what I wanted.

My first experience was not so good, first i placed an order and i am sure i selected the 2 days shipping, i needed my order ASAP and when it was all set and done and i went to check my order details, it didnt show there that i selected 2 days shipping. I know i selected because i showed my family that i was selecting. Anyway, after many calls, emails and headaches.... After talking to 2 past costumer service rep that didnt do much and didnt seem to want to help, i called again today and talked to two of them, Morell Brown and Laura and they were so kind, they helped so much and explained, they gave me ways i could call UPS, they were patient and they seemed to wanted to help. I hope your bosses can this and give you guys a congratulations for going above and beyond and take me out of the frustration. Thank you.
