Refund problem
I ordered a bottle of perfume but cancelled it about less than 45 mins later but haven't gotten my refund yet. Emailed to fragranceX but have they have not replied yet, please assist if possible

Good service
The only thing I didn’t too particularly like with the process is the authorization process with my bank. As much as I appreciate the security measures the process to confirm was a little long but otherwise great service

I received my order with the box halfway open and the cap was off aswell as the liquid of my cologne was all over the place, but that being said nothing broke.

realice un pedido pero me pide el código de 6 dígitos que tiene que suministrarme mi institución financiera quisiera si existe otra manera de cuando realice mi otro pedido no me soliciten ese codigo ya que eh tenido varios problema con esoo.

A book and a tale of 2 colognes
I ordered two colognes to ship to my residence in Canada. The item I received was a book. All shipping labels were firmly attached to the package from FragranceX/NY, etc.; they did not seem to be manipulated or tampered with. It looks as if the book came directly from their warehouse in New York, but how? They don't sell books. I went through a long and arduous process with Paypal for the refund in the end. I have ordered from them before with no issue, but this time I am confused as to how I could have received what I did, and no explanation was given, so 3 stars. Not that it makes any difference now, but somewhere along the way, someone got two expensive colognes instead of a book. I will be ordering from within Canada from now on.

I ordered two perfumes on Monday…
I ordered two perfumes on Monday 10/30/23, was told I would receive my order by Friday 11/3/23, by 6:00pm,which was fine because my granddaughter's birthday was Saturday 11/4/23, when checking my track # I was told I wouldn't receive my order until Tuesday 11/7/23 by 11:59pm, Checked tracking again & it said out for delivery Monday 11/6/23 by 9:00pm, it came at 8:14pm Monday, but tracking said it came at 5:19pm which wasn't true, I was so disappointed that it came late after her birthday, plus Friday and Monday I stayed at home looking for my package, can you please do better with your delivery or find a delivery service that can. Perfumes smelled wonderful, very disappointed on deliver.
