Do not order from this website. If i could give -stars i would.I have ordered from them an expensive perfume and they apparently have it delivered outside my door while I was not home and when i got home from work the parcel was not there and they did not care. Tried to speak with customer service and they don’t care not their problem. If you wanna get a lot of stress be disappointed and have no help from them and also lose your money go ahead. I will never ever order from them or recommend them. Be aware.

Very bad service, they made me pay 4 times for one item because their website didn't confirm the purchase. I also, didn't get any order number of anything that confirms purchasing. when I asked for a refund they took too long to reply to me. Update: noting from them, they’re keep telling me sorry for that, and nothing regarding the refund, already snet all documents, and I never got an order number. Thr whole thing costs me 476 USD.

The slowest delivery I have ever experienced. 12 Days delivery promised, in reality in was around 2 & 1/2 months. After numerous enquiries as to why and a couple of poor responses I gave up. Also their discount system is misleading and I could have bought locally for the same amount, so then having it immediately. Many better service options out there. I won't be back.

1st experience with FragranceX is okay but 2nd experience worse! Iost money and items. When email just reply sorry for bad experience. What is FragranceX guarantee offer is a fake. When you don't received your item, they will never follow up and that how they make money. Feeling been scam by this.

I ordered perfumes worth $118.89 two months ago, I repeatedly tried to contact them to no avail, fake tracking numbers and I called the shipping company, they said the order in America did not leave, so they lied. I tried again to communicate, I found they had a direct chat and I reached with Samantha’s employee and she said that the request is still there and has not left and that I can cancel it or continue with it and wait for it, but I preferred to cancel and get the money back until this moment 10 days have passed and I have not received the amount, what to do now?

Sadly purchased a cologne from Fragrance X, i have been using the same cologne for over ten years and this is the first time i recieved it unpackaged and with a completely different scent from the same but genuine cologne i used for the comparison. I was willing to return the item for a refund but was instructed i would have to pay shipping back for their inferior item. (Australia to US and weather the exchange rate on refund) Steer clear of this site unless you want to pay for a inferior knock off. Pay a bit more and at least get the genuine item. Fragrance X please the save the customer service response as you could have resolved this on intial complaint

Not happy as Im a disabled customer and due to my disabilities I no longer work so I use companies like Clearpay to help spread the cost of items to make them still available. This company advertised on Clearpay.com as using the app yet when I came to pay it doesnt show any Clearpay app, which means your falsely advertising on Clearpay.com. Disappointed.
