Really bad service they've sent me tester bottle which I am not happy about, its happened a second time now first time my CK perform bottle appeared used with quarter of it used. Since their based in the USA I called with a voice message stating there's no one there to take my call. I need my refund as I didn't want a fake perfume. Could someone contact me please. Its a scam and I'm not going to purchase any further products from them. Since they are based in the USA I cannot be bothered calling them so they get away with it. Imagine how many other people might be getting scammed by their fake company. The sample packs are not for sale, yet your company sells them, that's not the right way to deal with customers. You should state on your website that you sell samples, not the genuine perfumes so people don't get fooled.

Never received my order, reached out to fragranceX customer service several times, absolutely useless. Finally after a very long time I get a refund for only half of the money I paid. I DO NOT recommend this company, seems very much like a scam. Also many of the positive reviews here seem fake.

My order did not arrive and they refused to offer a refund until the item was received in New York where they dispatched it from. They refused to give timelines of when the order would be recieved and the customer service where appallingly snarky and purposely useless. They mentioned they processed returns 'quarterly' and then refused to elaborate on what that actually meant. If you fail to deliver, you give a refund. Why am I having to wait a quarter to get my refund? Probably one of the more horrendous customer service exchanges I've had. Absolutely no attempt to help at all.

Fragrance X refused to refund me when my order didn't arrive, even though the courier they used confirmed that it was damaged in transit and returned to them. I won't use them again.

They have sent me testers that are not for re sale. A disgrace. How can you give present to someone, a perfume which is in an open tester box? And they dont mention they send items from New York USA to UK, and when you pay, they do currency exchange from dollar to pound, and you pay more than the price showed for the product, as they show price in pound then they charge dollars. So misleading and such a disgrace for selling testers. Very very dissapointed, stay away from this site. Liars liars!!! Thank you

This is scam, i tried to order twice using my paypal at checkout and they cancel my order twice. They want you to add your card to the website

“5-8 day shipping” = 37 day still nothing… “30 day mony payback” = i asked for a refund never got my money back! The only good thong about them is that they can write back to your email but you just get angrier because of the nonsence that they wrote: “ We are working on your inquiry and rest assured we will get back to you soon with more information.” (never get back to me) “ We are sorry for any delay in your shipment.” They write back and then disappear… STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

Fake jo Malone perfume , unfortunately I figured it out a year later because the perfume was stored away as a backup so they said they couldn’t help me .The perfume doesn’t smell anything like the original, Bar code is missing . Don’t buy from them . Rather spend extra from a department store to insure authenticity.
