Still got my cologne perfect condition and in a way fast shipping from the day of shipping label created. Still not happy that I got charged a extra dollar for no reason with no notice. And then email about it and get no response about that extra charge.

Happy with my perfume and the ability to stagger my payment since the brand I use is pricey. The only negative is that I didn’t realize this company was a reseller and therefore I could not register my perfume on the Mugler website as FragranceX removes the product code from the box. I was very disappointed because the manufacturer offers gifts when you register your perfume.

My order was quickly processed and put in the mail. Four stars for a quick delivery to NJ. Some other businesses take a couple of days to process and a couple of days to mail, unfortunate. I took off one star for average packing and for not throwing in any samples.
