Recieved a USED fragrance. Nowhere does it state that the samples are USED only that it might be without the plastic sealed wrap or that there is NO box or no lid/cap. Why would someone pay for a fragrance that is used - half full. And now that i want to return i am told i must return on my own cost!!! Really ?

there is no delivery guarantee, I had an unpleasant incident, I ordered the goods, there was an option to change the delivery date, I used it, the goods were not delivered, they were sent back, the money for the goods was returned, but the money was not returned for delivery, there is no guarantee of delivery.

I'm really unhappy with the service of this perfume company. First and foremost the perfumes I received made me feel sick. So I requested to return them and this process went OK but now they have supposedly received my items but they are claiming they haven't. I have been waiting for my refund for a month now. Fair to say I will never be getting anything off this website. Would not recommend.

I ordered Red Pearl, a fragrance I have worn for years. Unfortunately as the scent developed it smelled distinctly like urine, noticed by other people as well. The response from support was slow and disappointing. I could return at my own cost for a refund (minus shipping cost). No thanks, who can be bothered.

I got charged extra. No indication. Wont be buying again from here.

READ BELOW I RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING FROM FRAGRANCEX.COM WHICH DOES NOT REFLECT WHAT THEY REPLIED [WHICH IS THE SAME "MARKETING" I"& AUTOMATED REPLY THEY HAVE TO "SHOW" THEY CARE. SO THROUGH THIS WHOLE ORDEAL HERE ARE THE LIST OF TICKETS I'VE BEEN ASSIGNED THEY ANGLE IT AT THE CLIENT PUSHING US TO SEARCH FOR THE ORDER HINTING THAT IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY WHAT A JOKE: BETWEEN AUGUST-SEPTEMBER Ticket # 1979675 Ticket # 2000703 Ticket # 1998996 THE BIGGEST JOKE [& INSULT] IS AN OFFER FOR $5 OFF A $40 "FUTURE" OFFER. WHILE I WAS SENT ON A CHASE HUNT FOR MY ORDER AT A UPS STORE IN THE REGION. JUST LIKE THE INSTANCE WHERE THEY SUGGESTED A REFUND WITH A $20 DECREASE "FOR RESTOCKING" ... ANOTHER INSULT SINCE I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE THE ORDER. SO IN SHORT, I WILL NOT CHANGE MY REVIEW AND FYI I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. --------------- Placed my first order for $100+. The items were not shipped to my residence as they should have been, but to a UPS store, not even the one close to me. When I tracked it i got 0 results.The saga began: calling FragranceX to learn why it was not delivered to my residence. No explanation was provided only that I can find it at the UPS, I went to UPS, who claimed that after a few days they return it. I Contacted FragranceX again... the saga went on for several times one day I visited UPS [for 3 times] calling Fragrance after.... The order was placed in July... long story short the items are still somewhere, I received today an email "claiming" FragranceX got in touch with UPS just now [I guess they found out they can talk to UPS duh] and I have to wait for the result of their "investigation". Oh they had the nerve to offer a refund less 20%. Never ever ever again! we are at the end of September and I am still short of my refund and never received my order nor got an explanation why it was sent to UPS; One final note you can talk to the CR on the phone but they refuse to hand the phone to their supervisors claim that "you can email them only". When you do it is obvious it's the same person replying, It is deceitful and shameful. I am reporting them to the BBB even though I don't think they care... YCFA

I GOT SCAMMED. Everywhere on the site, it said that my cologne would cost 31.70CAD but I was charged the according price in USD instead which then resulted in me also getting a $20 conversion fee. So instead of paying 31.70 as it was indicated on the website, I ended up paying over 50CAD.

I USED to respect this company however I will never order from them again. Let me explain. I had been on a waiting list for a discontinued fragrance called JPG Fleur du Male and was very happy to see it in stock in 2 sizes so immediately placed my order for the bigger bottle along with another item. Fast forward 6 days when I received notification of a delay in my order which subsequently was shipped the next day ie a full week after placing my order. When my order finally arrived it was missing Fleur du Male. So I logged in to see it hadn't been dispatched. I was annoyed as this is an extremely rare fragrance and it was clearly shown as being in stock in both sizes at the time I had placed my order. So I emailed Fragrance X to ask for an explanation. The response I have just received is a joke! No explanation and no acknowledgement that the company was at fault. The response also indicated that I had been notified that the product was out of stock and that I had been refunded. This is a total lie. I won't be shopping with this company again. My Order No is 53953633. I would like an explanation as to why the item I ordered was still shown as being in stock for a day or 2 after placing my order. I also believe the 1 week delay in shipping my order has also been partially responsible for the product becoming out of stock. Were other orders prioritised over mine? Surely when you order an item it reduces the stock count accordingly? The fragrance in question is discontinued and extremely sought after. I had been on a waiting list for it for quite some time so I was excited to finally get it. To reiterate it WAS in stock when I placed my order and for a couple of days after. I also DID NOT receive a notification email from your company advising me that said item was out of stock and that a refund was being processed. It all sounds too convenient. Your company won't admit to having messed up. I no longer feel a valued customer and won't be purchasing from you again.
