My fragrances were delivered to the wrong address. Luckily the person there knew us and where they were supposed to actually go, so I ended up receiving them instead of losing them or having to go through the hassle of wondering where they were and needing to reorder or go to the post office and figure out about replacement issues. Besides that my perfumes are excellent as always.

Thank you for the quick communication and information on shipment tracking, unfortunately one item has a leak at the base of the atomizer, otherwise five stars would be given for great products!(including tester we purchased)
