I'll give them some slack because it was shipping out of the USA but I sent text confirmations and screen shots from bank within seconds of getting them for verification. The demanded something (a number) the bank says they don't give out. Just frustrating. Customer service was friendly enough.

Your Order #55569250 Ordered on 29 November as they stated that delivery will be between 4th to 15th December. Unable to track my order that was supposed to be a gift for someone.... If you email support Mariz is of no use ,so there is no use having a support function. The tracking number provided on picup does not work. Unable to rate you or else you will receive 0 stars

Customer service person Mariz, didn't even read my complain, told me to go to the provided address to get my package. The strange thing is, I live at the address. Their system ignored my apartment number lost my package. No body can deliver a package without an apartment number in an apartment building. I am lost my money and time. I bought the fragrance as a Christmas gift and now I don't have anything. I'll have to buy again, don't even have enough time and this company can't help in anyway. Never going to shop here again.

Dear FragranceX, I paid $55 dollars and received a broken bottle of cologne. I did my part, I ordered a product, I paid for the product, and I am dissatisfied with the product I received. Received my order today #55866274 and the delivery guy left it at my front door plainly showing leaks of cologne outside the box, and wet the whole bottom of the box. It had leaked and soaked the box it came in. My whole house still smells like it! By the time I received my perfume 80% of the bottle was gone. I can also see signs of poor packaging, resulting in the fragrance bottle cap being broken and spilled all over the contents of the box. No bubble wrap or plastic wrap was used. They were thrown in the box and sent out. I don't see any protective packing, so I bet it happens often though! I bought this as a present for my dad, which I expected to gift him on the 15th of this Dec, but since it came broken like this, I need a refund to buy it in person because this is not acceptable. Emailed for help and my email would not go through. Use phone support but nobody was there to help!

Ordered and paid for 3 items, only recived 2 items. No communication from the company.

Hice un pedido el día de ayer viernes 09/12/2022 con orden #55995145 Me llegó un correo que me están pidiendo un código de 6 dígitos del banco. Llame al banco y me indican que ellos no dan ningún código de 6 dígitos y que la transacción ya fue aprobada y debitada. Quiero saber cuál es el status de mi pedido. Ya envié correo a support. Espero su rápida respuesta. Gracias

I placed an order on November -14-2022 and now it's Dec-09-2022 and I've still haven't received my order. Order number#55100128. And am a senior citizen on fixed income.

Overcharged! They denied overcharging my card for a failed transaction. I called my bank, I was told FragranceX did a pre-authorisation hold on my card and the amount has not been refunded still. In the past, any pre-authorisation charge for failed transaction will always be refunded back almost immediately, I'm talking less than 30 minutes( had 3 cancelled orders and the money were immediately refunded). I sent the proof from my bank statement via email to them and called them, in which they replied ''we will never charge you for a failed transaction.'' Well it's been almost 10 days and they stopped replying after I sent in my statement, not even my bank could get a response from them. Such a shame for a company that claimed to be well trusted and reliable. Update: Just saw FragranceX reply and they proved just my point. I'm pretty sure I am not the one confused here. I specifically mentioned "had 3 cancelled orders and the money were immediately refunded" - meaning I was refunded 3 times for the 3 separate cancelled orders BUT FragranceX charged me AGAIN for the 4TH TIME for a transaction that did not even went through(checkout page stated "error", there wasn't even an "order placed") and the amount was never reverted back to my card. How do you have no control over an amount that YOU charged to my card? Instead of diffusing the question with your generic textbook answer, why can't FragranceX take their customer seriously by conducting an internal investigation with the finance team?
