Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. I do apologize you feel this way. We do strive to make sure all our customers are taken care of. Please note that this was shipped with all 3 items. We know for a fact that it was shipped with all 3 because we weigh every package before it leaves our warehouse so that we can provide evidence to carriers that the order was shipped in full when they received the package. This is why we were waiting on the CARRIER to get done investigating being that between them having it in their position and you getting it to yours. Your claim is that there is a missing item. Please note that you're returning an item that you ordered by mistake. We state on our site the return policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made the error. The shipping fees were already provided to your country. You used our return label as well. Meaning again that we paid for the return. Now I understand you being upset because you ordered the wrong thing. We do state this all on our site. Now if we made the error we would not expect the customer to pay for our mistake. If it was something we did we would own up to it and pay. Have a great holiday! We are truly sorry for any confusion about the return policy.

We are sorry you feel this way. Please note that testers are original, brand-name, authentic items; they just come without the fancy packaging or box. A tester is typically used in a department store or fragrance counter. Sometimes they do not have a cap or box, but they are just like the full-priced version. Testers are a great way to save when you know you like the product and rather not pay more for the fancy packaging. Please note that we purchase them from the manufacturer directly only we do not have a store front so we sell them to the customers at a discounted rate.
