I'm honestly so disappointed with this company. i ordered perfume for my grandmother in november for christmas. DPD attempted to deliver my parcel which i find odd when i work from home. i looked up online where my parcel was and said it was being sent to Morrisons and would be notified when ready to collect. checked everyday for 2 weeks and said the same thing. i contacted DPD and said due to operational issues this had been sent back to sender. Now this company are trying to charge me delivery and taxes totalling £16.33 when DPD never gave me the opportunity to collect as they had issues, i have sent screenshots to fragrancex and told them this was DPD fault as i had every intention to collect and they won't resolve this!! will never order from this company again and have recommended to friends that they are a total scam!

I find it difficult to imagine this rating represents any kind of reality. I am guessing the company is reviewing itself or having employees do it I ordered on 12/27/2022. Fragrance X charged me without permission over 100 dollars more than the amount agreed to at check ou I canceled the order and they were to refund me. That hasn't happened yet I also ordered what was supposedly the corrected order with the correct charge amount and that order was shipped somewhere other than the agreed to shipping and billing address and may or may not have gotten there but I still have nothing from them, so at this point they have close to 1,000 dollars or my money and I have nothing Their customer service people (after you wait 25 minutes or more) are rude and unhelpful. Specifically Renee was haughty and unhelpful. When I asked to speak to her supervisor I was told first that she did not have one, then that they were unavailable to talk to me

Try 5 times, complicated to make payments. I oder 2 items but get only one?

Order # 281306415 I received a half empty bottle of Montale Oudmazing. The spray cap is also broken. I also paid an additional $5.00 for supposedly a mystery gift that I didn't receive. Fragrance X IS A WASTE OF TIME and MONEY.

I ordered Samsara EDT. Order # 56575711. It was most definitely not Samsara. Smelled like something died. I have used Samsara for decades, both the original and the updated versions. I tried to reach the company on their customer service phone number numerous times without success. I am quite elderly and cannot navigate the online site easily. What a bummer. Conned and out of 54 dollars.

I ordered perfume in November and after many emails did not receive it and I now have a refund for the perfume but no refund for shipping cost !! After numerous emails I was told:- ‘Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error. Please note that as a courtesy we did not charge you for the return cost. So you were refunded for the item price.’ So I have been charged shipping costs for something I never received bur I have not been charged for the cost of return. So obviously it’s my fault I ordered perfume which never arrived. Let this be a warning. I have lost around £6, you also may be charged for returning an item you never received.!! Update Despite receiving an email re non refundable shipping cost as above as I have now received another email to say I did receive a return of the shipping cost but not the tax. Having located the invoice from FragranceX it clearly states tax is £0.00. Strange. I have worked in banking and finance for nearly 50 years and didn’t know that if I received a full refund apart from the tax and the tax was £0 it would cost me £6. My education was obviously wasted. Further Update I’ve now received a further email (which contradicts the last one) to say that shipping costs have not been refunded. The bottom line is I have still not received a full refund for goods which were never delivered. Update I can assure you that the perfume was not delivered, nor was delivery attempted. The small bottle of perfume would fit through our letter box. I was told that it had been held up at the docks and could not be delivered. Not my fault. Also charged VAT for an item that I never received because it had already been paid to the government. Absolute rubbish. VAT is not payable in advance nor is it paid on undelivered goods. I hope my review and the response by FragranceX is helpful of you are thinking of ordering from this outfit. 😱

Received item, not packaged well and broken bottle of perfume saturating packaging box. Would like a refund and to speak with customer service rep. 802 274 0706. Ask for Jean!
