I do apologize you feel this way. We do strive to make sure all of our customers are taken care of. If I may ask, What is your order number? Please note that you most likly bought a "tester" Which we show on our site in the description. We are able to sell testers because we purchased them directly from the manufacter. We do not have a physical store where customers can come in and "test" fragrances so manufacteres sell them to us at a lesser cost (for the most part). They do not come with a fancy box or a cap. This is why they are considered a "tester". As far as if its vial samples we buy samples from manufacters as well. Being we purchase them we are able to resell them because we purchsed them directly from the company. We DO NOT receive them free we purchased them. We would love to resolve this issue for you. Hope you are well. Please note that we do not charge you to return the items. We provided you with a free return label. Once we receive the return you will be refunded in full back to the original method of payment. Please also note that we do receive everything from the manufacter. There are sometimes that there are what they call "bad batches". We can offer a full refund or a reshipment. (It would be from a different batch.) Our inventory is too revolving that the batch we had last week is already gone and we have a new batch already. Please let us know if you have any more questions. [email protected]

We are so sorry this ''Please note that this was delivered on December 19th according to the tracking. You never reached out to us to advise us that you have no received it'' was not meant to be sent to your review. There was a glitch. Your order was shipped out on DECEMBER 16, 2022 with PICUP. Unfortuntly as we stated to you in emails there was a strike with a local carrier in SOUTH AFRICA. All the employees went on strike therefore delaying thousands of out packages. Once we finally were told what was going on which was weeks later. The broker stated to us not to worry that they were handling it. Meaning that they were picking up the packages that were already in possestion of the carrier who went on strike. So they then got the packages and started to redistribute them again with other SOUTH AFRICA carrier. We have reached out to the broker to see they can provide us any information regaring this specfic order. Once we receive a response we will deffinatly get this resolved for you. Please accept our sincerest apologies again.

Please note that while most are not, some orders are randomly inspected by customs upon importation. Customs in some countries may charge duties or taxes for some packages. Also please note that we cannot alter packages for customs purposes, as we must comply with all trading laws.

Please note that refunds depend on your bank. This was refunded on our side January 22, 2023. Banks may take 1-5 business days to update it in your account. This has nothing to do with us. It is your bank. You were refunded in full when the order was canceled.
